Customer feedback capture and authorised market intelligence once source access is verified.

Deliberately not doing: No process change is imposed automatically, and no observation is recorded without the people involved knowing.

Market validation, packaging type and dimensions, design versions, supplier quotes and samples.
Fit checks and an internal label review checkpoint.
Approvals, procurement, production readiness, storefront and marketing readiness, launch and post-launch review with stage dependencies.

Configurable Shop A / Shop B workflows, work orders, materials, capacity, customer-driven priorities, blockers and quality holds with manual checkpoints.
The notes mention two dab, two cart and two flower lines; actual operating status is unconfirmed.
